Cost Effective Approach

The Arts Attack curriculum is designed to be a highly cost effective way to implement a high quality comprehensive art experience in a variety of settings (from the classroom to beyond school hours).

• It is a one-time purchase. Since it is taught visually, there are no recurring needs for student workbooks or textbooks. Nor are there any annual lease or licensing fees.
• Although over 1,000 art specialists teach the Arts Attack curriculum, its DVD-based format can also be effectively taught by the classroom teacher or the parent art docent. So, if your school does not presently have an art specialist, it still offers you a cost-effective way to retain a first-class comprehensive art curriculum that will still be used when or if you hire an art specialist in the future.
• The DVD’s can be shared among all the classrooms in a single grade – so you don’t need a separate curriculum for each classroom. Some schools buy extra Teacher’s Manuals for a small fee, which allows each teacher to have his/her own manual. If you wish to purchase a second curriculum for the same school, it is offered at a sizable discount.
• The art supplies have been kept simple and low-cost. In fact, many schools put on a year-end art show, which can serve as a fund-raiser to provide the funds to purchase their annual art supply requirements. (The Teacher’s Manual gives explicit directions as to how to put on an Art Show, and the Training DVD supplied with the curriculum takes you on a visit to one.)
• If you are a typical school with only 50 students per grade (2 classrooms) and you use the program for only 3 years, your actual cost per student will be on the order of $4.00 per year. For larger schools or for those who use the program much longer than 3 years (the great majority of our customers), the annual cost is even less.
